The Current Population Survey (CPS) School Enrollment Supplement is an annual supplement jointly sponsored by the U.S. Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) that collects information on the school enrollment of household members ages 3 and older. The supplement provides national estimates of enrollment in public, private, and parochial schools, from nursery school through college and professional school, and collects information on students' educational participation and selected social and economic characteristics to support analyses of school enrollment patterns and educational attainment in the United States.
